Beta terms

Real Chinese is an early-stage learning product. By using the private beta, you agree to use it for personal, lawful language study and understand that features and content may change.

Learning content

We work to make Mandarin, pinyin, translations, explanations, and audio accurate, but beta content may contain mistakes. Report suspected language errors and do not rely on the app for emergency, legal, medical, or other high-stakes translation.

Accounts

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate registration information. We may suspend access for abuse, interference with the service, or attempts to access another learner's data.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, when enabled, renew until canceled. The checkout screen will show the price and billing period before purchase. Beta promotions may have eligibility and expiration limits.

Availability

The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue beta features while preserving reasonable access to account and billing support.
